Monthly Budget on food/vitamins/etc.?

I want to plan ahead and I was wondering if anyone can share their monthly budget post op? Vitamins? supplements? Protein? Fiber? Etc. etc. Thanks for sharing! And any clues on how to save money is always appreciated!

I spent $50 a month on Vitamins, in all fairness I spent this amount on vitamins before surgery. I take some specialty hair vitamins, that I have taken for years. My other vitamins are like $20 a month and I spent that before surgery also anyway.

I don't use fiber supplements, I tried them and they gave me the worst constipation I ever had.

I don't need Protein anymore, I use it for emergencies or if I am behind but I can get all my protein from normal food. I spend $40-60 on protein convenience items, but it could easily be $10. I just choose to buy some items because I want to, like my protein brownies.

I used to spend $20-60 a day on food and coffee because I ate out all the time. I spend $50-60 a week on groceries. It really could be much lower, but saving money isn't a goal. I just get what I want.
