Leftovers?

Does anyone else have trouble getting leftovers down? Sometimes when I eat something fresh made it goes down fine. But the next day after reheating it gets stuck. Maybe the reheating changes the texture or something??

Usually food dries out as leftovers, if you aren't already, try adding a bit more of something to moisten it -- water, milk, sauce, whatever might work for that dish.

I'll have to work on that. I do feel bad about wasting food.

I used to get really irritated when my kids came home with half their lunch left. It took me awhile to figure out that they were most likely naturally thin because if they don't want it, or really aren't hungry, they don't eat it. Does it really matter if they ate it all or threw some of it away? Either way, it's gone.

Your tummy is so small now, you should enjoy what you eat. If you can't reconstitute it, toss it. It's OK.

We used to keep all all of our leftover food, I would take it to work the next day for lunch and we would have a leftover night once per week. Now that I can't consume most of the leftovers as my lunch they just pile up in the fridge raider. So now we are at the new junction of all leftovers go over the dog or the trash.
