???? I have a question for all my already sleeved beautiful people out there I have to take meds am I gonna have problems with that I take like 6pills some control release just wondering if u guys have any problems with this thank u

I didn't have any trouble taking my meds starting the day after surgery.

Definitely talk to your surgeon about what you are taking and he or she can give you some guidance.

The time release may have to be change because they can't be crushed. If it's small enough you maybe able to just take them. Mine were small enough I was taking them the day of my surgery.

Your surgeon should definitely go over your meds with you. Mine did at my Pre op appointment and then again before I left the hospital. He let me know which ones to hold off on, when to start taking them again etc.

I had to stop taking my metformin Xr.

I had to crush my meds for 4 weeks post op but I only last 3 weeks. They taste nasty! At 3 weeks I had no issue swallowing them one at a time. Now at 5 months out I can swallow all 5 at once.
