I noticed that there are many people who do not know what the recommended daily values for Vitamins and minerals are.
Below is a general list of the daily recommended values.
Please confirm with your doctor if your individual needs are different and use this as a general guide..
Vitamin A, 700 mcg (fat soluble)
Vitamin C, 75 mg
Vitamin D, 10 mcg (fat soluble)
Vitamin E, 15 mg (fat soluble)
Vitamin K, 90 mcg (fat soluble)
Thiamin, 1.1 mg
Riboflavin, 1.1 mg
Niacin, 14 mg
Vitamin B6, 1.5 mg
Folate, 400 mcg
Vitamin B12, 2.4 mcg
Pantothenic acid, 5 mg
Calcium, 1,200 mg
Copper, 1,156 mcg
Iron, 8 mg
Magnesium, 320 mg
Manganese, 1.8 mg
Phosphorus, 700 mg
Selenium, 55 mcg
Zinc, 8.6 mg
Potassium, 4.7 g
Edit... i should probably mention this includes the vitamins and minerals that you are getting from food....
So be mindful not to overdose on the fat soluble vitamins
