I have just begun to take my Vitamins that are solid tablet form. I am 2 months and 2 days post op. I have not had any problems. I would be sure and ask your surgeon first.

Im 2months out of my sleeve surgery and was wondering if any1 has taken any of the 2 Vitamins in the picture...Biotin alone is a gel capsule and the One Source Vitamin is a coated capsule....A friend who had the same surgery just different Dr said she started them at my stage...I havent spoken with my Dr just yet, but ive noticed from reading these posts and other sites alot of Dr's do things differently...Just figured id ask and see the response..
