Speed!

Just threw up my first meal bc I ate wayyyyyyy too fast! Is this problem happening with anyone else? Or does anyone have anything they do to slow themselves down? I was so use to shoveling food in before not worrying and right now I'm paying for it!

I have done this... i was in back to back meetings one day.. and hadn't eaten for a long while... when i finally ate... it got stuck nd slimey and out it came l...

I find that i slow down when remind myself that if i eat too quick... i will throw up. . That normally helps me.

Try to concentrate on chewing your bite a set number of times.. and then putting your utensils down between bites..

yep eating too fast still makes me throw up post op. Eating slow is still something I struggle with. I try to put my fork down between bites and count to 10, or do something else while I eat like read if I'm eating alone. Finish a page, take a bite
