So proud of myself

Well today was my 3rd out of fourth weigh in and I lost 5 pounds, yay me . It is also my 4th day without carbonated beverages !!! Also had my endoscopy at the hospital with my surgeon who by the way is amazing. Things are moving along at a fast speed. I was very nausea and light headed after the anesthesia though not a good feeling but they gave me something and I slept it off .

Way to go! Btw...how was the endoscopy? Do they put you to sleep for that?
