    If your MD will prescribe Nascobal (B12 nasal spray), it comes with free bariatric chewable vitamins. I paid $25 copay through insurance. The vitamins taste pretty disgusting, though.

    I was able to get reimbursed from my "flexible spending account" or FSA with a written doctors prescription from my doctor for the supplements including bariatric advantage shake mix. My insurance would not cover my surgery or any related lab costs or anything related to bariatric a medical or surgical so I never tried to submit to insurance.
