Post Surgery Bowling

I will be 2 weeks post surgery this Thursday. I have some friends in town and we decided to get together to go bowling. I am wondering if it is too early to bowl.

    I would hazard a guess that a bowling ball would weigh more than the lifting restrictions, and that the tossing the ball could be quite uncomfortable at the least, cause a hernia at the worst.

    Definitely a no no. You may pull your stitches. Try billiards as an alternative. A lot safer.
