    Welcome to LBT! I too am in the process of having my surgery done, except I had to do a 6-month pre-op diet first for my insurance. I wish you luck and keep us posted. Where are you having your surgery done? I am having mine done in Houston, and cannot wait! :confused:

    I am having my done at Oregon Weight Loss up here in Portland Oregon. I am nervous (about 2 weeks to go) but very excited too.
