What the heck do I do with this???

I recently bought a Bowflex Ultimate.

Cool, right?

What in the world do I DO with it? I haven't the slightest idea how to put it together let alone what I am supposed to do with it.

    Dont they usually come with Video instructions? If not I would call the company and ask for help. They should give you support after the purchase. Good luck!

    I bought my bowflex revolution and it had instructions. In fact the best instructions that I have EVER seen to put something together. Call and see if you can get some instructions or look on the website and see if they have some downloadable ones.
