@@Tee's Journey congrats on 2 days post-op! It's a weird feeling...never knowing if what you're doing is enough or too much...lol. The plus side here is that "your sleeve will guide you." Listen to it!

Keep repeating the mantra....Sip, sip sip, walk walk walk. Get those fluids and steps in and the rest comes a lot easier!!! Best of luck!!

Ditto. Don't stop sipping and walk as much as you can. Try to get 50+ grams of Protein through shakes if you can. It will be difficult the first few days.
