    I am not sure. How much sugar is in it? You could try adding chocolate Protein powder to regular cream of wheat. If cocoa wheat doesn't have a lot of sugar you could add Protein Powder to it.

I wouldn't think so at all. It is high carb/low Protein, so bad to use at any point really for daily or even weekly consumption. But definitely stay away from it within the beginning stages after surgery (I'd avoid it completely forever, but that's me).

But you should ask your doc/nutritionist if you want a definite answer.
