Got my date! June 27th

So I got my date today .. super excited, it's June 27th... just not sure what I need to do to prepare besides the diet stuff which I'm ok with.... I am currently 245, hw 272, goal 160!!!!... I have 3 kids at home and want to be super prepared for what I'm going to need at the hospital etc

    That's my surgery date, too. Found out on Monday. It has been a long process of medical testing and doctor appointments, a year exactly. I am a medical risk, so they have been thorough. I have mixed feelings now that it is almost here. I feel excited, anxious, and terrified.
