5 days post op questions

I feel hungry, im so thankful for this app all of your discussions have helped me tremendously!! I want to thank you guys.

But on the other hand I'm getting my fluids in w no problem but I feel hungry, I've been taking my acid reducer so I'm not sure if that's what it is. I've had 4 oz of Jello , 4 oz of Soup and another jello plus my Water. Sips but my stomach feels like it's hungry. Today I had my first BM and it was diarrhea all day . I walked but idk my stomach just feels weird. I haven't needed any pain meds so any advise will help. The pain is not as bad as it was but I still sleep on my back. Last night I slept so good but still found myself needing a nap this afternoon. Maybe I'm just worrying about nothing can gulps of water stretch your new stomach??

I'm 5 days post op gastric sleeve 5/12

Please help

Water won't stretch your sleeve, nor will liquids, they pass right through.

If you were on a liquid diet preop and a liquid diet now, and not taking narcotic pain meds, diarrhea is normal for a couple days.

Needing naps is normal, you just had major abdominal surgery. Expect to need naps, your body is very, very busy working on the inside!
