Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process of losing weight. None of us lose at a constant or steady rate. We all experience slowdowns and stall. Just about everyone experiences their first stall about three weeks after surgery.

Just follow your program.

Focus on getting in all of your Protein and fluids.

Take your Vitamins and supplements as directed.

Exercise when cleared.

Stay off the scale.

And, Embrace the Stall

Ive been "stalling" ever day! hahahaha

I stay the same for 4 days then miraculously lose 2 to 4 pounds lol and the cycle continues... so frustrating lol

I've learnt that your body will lose when it wants to... as long as you are doing everything right... itll be fine.

At 8 days i lost barely anything... weight didn't really start for me till week 2
