Protein!

I am pre-op researching on Fluid intake and Protein. Well I came across this Isopure brand Protein powder and they make a 20oz beverage that has 40gm of protein. I thought I would share and if you have any protein tips please share as well!❤️post-289656-1463444633257_thumb.jpg

My suggestion is to try a variety of samples, but also keep in mind that your tastes may change post-op.

Some to try:

Premier Protein

ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrates (also good during clear phase)

GNC Lean 25

Syntrax nectar

Pure Protein

I'm in Jacksonville too. All the GNCs carry it. Make sure you get them to give you a taste before you buy. They are super nice about it and you will be glad you did... People raved about these and I couldn't get them down- and I'm pretty tough! Even with nose held I said "that's not Gatorade!". Heh.

Best of luck.
