Pain

Hello everyone! I'm just curious on how y'all did on pain. I was sleeved last Tuesday. I have 5 incisions. Most of them I don't notice are there with the exception of one and the bigger one which is bruised. If I sit to long, getting out of bed, walk to long, getting in/out of cars and move wrong the pain is still there. I know several people that have had this and they are like I don't remember much pain. So instantly I think am I acting like a big baby or something lol.

Thank you. I'm so thankful I found this board!!

My biggest one gave me some grief for about the first month, but only if I tried to do too much. I did not need anything for the pain past my second day home. The smaller ones did not bother me at all except for the itch.

I'm almost 3 weeks post op. I had a lot of concern with the pain of the lower/bigger incisions. My Dr. said it as normal, and that bigger incision is where they stretch to pull out your stomach and where they put a deep stitch in. It was about 2 weeks before it really subsided. Now there's barely any pain, and even find myself turning on my stomach in my sleep with no discomfort. There's hope! It's normal! :)
