At this far out, all the healing is done and it's all about weight loss...

In fact, many people are finished their losing by this stage and are now into maintenance...

I was huuuuuge when I started, so I've still got some losing to do...

So yeah, I can eat anything I like...

My stomach handles everything just as it did prior to the surgery...

But with weight stll to lose, smart food choices are still my friend...

yeah im with @KindaFamiliar. im 7 months out and there are things i simply can't eat anymore such as bread and ice cream and most carbs. and now i just find i make good choices cuz being small and feeling good is more important than eating that piece of bread or whatever. so whatever you choose whether it's vanity or health reasons or whatever make that your motivator to eat right. i don't eat carbs or sugar at all. don't miss it that much either. best of luck!
