I am desperately in need of some encouragement please. My first weigh in at the consultation was 263. Surgery day it was 273. 4 days post op I'm back to where I started at 263. So theoretically good I lost 10lbs but I feel like I've lost nothing. I feel actual hunger. I hate veggies but I'd chow down on carrots and broccoli if I could. I'm freaked out that I made the wrong choice, that I'm not going to get to my goal weight and that I'll never feel full again
anyone else felt like this?
