After your insurance approval how many appointment did you have to go through before you set a date?

none.....once my approval went through they set the date with me over the phone. Since then I had one pre-op appointment with the surgeon....my last before surgery on the 16th.

they were so sure i would get approved that i had a date before insurance approval. glad they were right! :3

Once my surgery date was set I had a nutrition class that I had to attend which was a really good forum, I did a final meeting with my NUT, and two meetings with the surgeon. This was all within a two week span.

That's what I was talking about too...........once my insurance approval was done.....they set the surgery date with me over the phone and I had a pre-op appoint with the surgeon .........I won't see him again until surgery on Monday.
