Yes my hair loss has been quite bad but I was lucky it was quite thick to start. I've been taking zinc and selenium from boots and I've been using nioxin shampoo and conditioner. It's used for chemotherapy patients. It's expensive but I think it's worth it. I've got lots of new growth x

Good luck in September Ollie. I had surgery at the alaxander hospital in Cheadle. I keep wishing I might have got away with hair loss as I was expecting it earlier on. I'm now 5 months out. But I no It could still happen.

Professor Basil Amorri. He was brilliant. Surgery was about 25 mins. I was in 3 days post op with nausea but I'm not good generally with anaesthetic. I had a query a couple of days ago so I emailed him direct and he responded within 10 mins. The staff on the ward were fantastic. In particular a nurse called Andrea who was ?Russian. I would do it again there tomorrow. Hope you have an equally positive experience.
