Had Gastric Bypass

Hello, i started my journey in January of this year when i was told o was diabetic and pretty much on the way to the hole if i continued my ways. I was told to lose 30 pounds but i lost 51 by the day of my surgery. I started at 370 and weighed in 4 days ago at 307. I feel great being 10 days post op aside from a little sourness on my right side. Other than that...having a great time not having to work lol. Here's a before and after for yall..

Definitely need to have a focused mind to remain dedicated. I have cravings from time to time, but my main problem is quantity. Even if it's salad, the quantity I can eat is fit for a king. It was always difficult to curb my hunger, so I'm relying on this surgery to slow things down hah!

Oddly enough, you WILL find that post op you won't mind the quantity- in fact, it will be hard to get it all in!
