I feel so weak ???? its making me so sad all I want to do is go to the gym and start shedding this weight but I feel horrible. I thought I would be feeling better by now it still hurts when anything be sides Greek yogurt goes down. I had applesauce today.. tasted so good but hurt like hell going down. Are you following your post-op diet plan? One week out is generally clear or full liquid only.

apple sauce is acidic, I would wait a few weeks before trying again. Acid plus fresh wounds generally don't go very well together.
