Sagging skin

Hello everyone I'm new to this(my first post.) I'm still in the pre op stage hoping for a July surgery date. I'm concerned about sagging skin and overhang as the weight starts to come off. Has anyone who's had the sleeve experienced this? What did you do about it? I've heard people who've had bypass end up getting a tummy tuck at some point. Is it true that with the sleeve the weight loss is more gradual so there less chance of having the excess skin?
