Status at 5 mos post gp

Please share with me and others your 5 mo status in terms of weight loss and eating habit. I'm currently at 210 lbs from 267 lbs pre surgery. I would like to know if you think I'M on schedule. I would like your responses.

I was down 78 lbs of 112 at 5 months.

I was down 125 lbs. at month 5. My loss has been on the high side compared to a lot of people. I attribute this to exercising most days 45-50 minutes and also being a vegetarian. I also did precisely what the doctor told me to do concerning Protein and calorie intake.

At 5 months I was down 101 pounds from surgical weight of 361. I'm currently at 250. With that said you loose a little faster way you start at a higher weight. I think your about where you should be or close to it for your starting weight.
