slim band and dna testing

If anyone recd slimband procedure last year , the dna testing has been cancelled and you should

call about getting a refund ($500) Nobody was notified.

I'm not sure what's with the DNA testing. I have a lap band and didn't have to have that done. I'm almost 5 years with the band so maybe that's something new or newer than when I got mine done

I had band surgery in October in the USA and DNA testing was not required.
