Grazing

Good evening. This is my first post. I was sleeved on March 7th (7.5 weeks ago) and have only lost 20 pounds (10 of which i lost week 1). This means that I've lost only 1.5 pounds a week for the last 6.5 weeks. I eat approximately 1000 calories per day, not bad food, but I graze the 1000 calories as I feel hungry. I am afraid that I am the one person who will fail. I also have trouble drinking 64 oz of Water a day but never have less than 48 oz. Advice on how to get on track?

What makes up the 1,000 calories? How much protein are you getting? You need to increase your fluids - drink a non caloric drink when you feel hungry. It is probably more head hunger or emotional eating. Go back to your plan - small portions of protein first - vegetables and low carbs (only good carbs) measure and track your foods. Make sure your exercising too.

I have approximately 60 grams of Protein a day. I am grazing on foods that we're allowed to eat: low fat cheese, unsweetened apple sauce, etc. but I tend to each something every 90 minutes. How do I control this?
