Shelly's ricotta bake

I keep running into this recipe and most people seem to love it. My question is after this is baked does it have to be pureed or do we eat it just baked?

Thank you

Would you mind posting the recipe or a link to where I could find it? Thanks.

the recipe originated on the blog "the world according to eggface"

she has lots of recipes that are suitable for every stage of post-bariatric surgery. plus her journey and other posts are very inspiring as well!

Thanks so much! Looks yummy!

I ate this for several days during my puree phase. It is a nice recipe, especially if you are wanting something with an Italian food slant. I pretended I was eating lasagna. Really liked it and make it again. I ate it without actually pureeing it.

I am looking forward to making this!
