Could you be more specific? Are you pre or post op?

If your post op, your journey has just begun. I wish you luck in this new life. Being able to eat actual food again was great. I am continually looking for new ways to consume Protein and to actually have room for something else along with it. But I have not gotten to that yet. So I graze through out the day. I still use shakes and bars to get enough protein in and my doctor said she expected that. Enjoy the new you thats to come.
