Food stuck feeling

Hi everyone!

I just want update on my last post (me eating the 2 spoonfuls of Soup with mushed Pasta in it).

So I've been constipated for 2 days now. Yesterday morning I drank the powdered medication to help me with that; however, I have not been able to go and last night I had a really horrible weird pain on my left side. The pain seemed to be mu pouch. Deep stabbing pain from front to back and then i felt a sudden deep pain down my intestines. I other words I felt food stuck. Yeee I didn't sleep all night the pain started around 1AM and git better at 5AM. I was so scared because I tried walking, sipping Water ect.. Nothing was helping. I was about to page my surgeon, but then read online that warm tea or water could help. I made myself a decaf green tea and sipped. Thanks Lord that helped at last. I was as able to go to sleep at 5 AM. Now I am pretty sure I will stick to the plan 100%

it's sad I learned my lesson the hard way. Can anyone tell me what other things beside Protein shakes, broth, tea, sugar free popsicles, Jello, G2 am I able to have at stage 3

Please

I was severely constipated after surgery from the pain meds I was on. I haven't had any issues since but, I do take Miralax every other day with tea. I ate mostly any soup I wanted, mashed potatoes with gravy, sugar free pudding, oatmeal, cream of wheat, yogurts, etc. For the first month or so, I really struggled with food. I mostly had soup and 2 premier Protein shakes. Now 3 months out, I'm able to eat my protein but I still supplement with one shake a day. Best wishes to you!
