So hungry for real food!

I just had my sleeve done on Thursday 4/21 and the pain is pretty awful but medication is managing it decently but the desire for something hard and actually chewable is driving me insane. Any idea on how to curb the cravings? I'm on a full liquids for two weeks!

      Yea this is really the tough part. I agree that chewing on ice and/or a sugar free popsicle really helped when I felt that desire to chew. Hang in there. A couple of times, I just had to go to bed
