Got home yesterday, doing good. Water is going down fine. Go 20g of protein in for yesterday so that's good. Just adding little by little to make sure I don't hurt.

Glad you are home. Keep pushing your protein and fluids. 20 grams may seem like a lot but it isn't. You need a lot more. What are you allowed on this phase? Premier Protein has 30 grams of protein per 11 oz.

What is your protein target?

I didn't get home til 3:00 PM, I have 20g in already today on clear protein.
