Not ready to embrace another stall!

So I had been stalled out for over a month and with the help of my NUT we decided I needed to go completely no carb no starch. Just protein only and some leafy greens. That was great and eventually that stall broke. Then I lost about 8lbs over 2wks and now I haven't lost anything for over a week! [emoji35] what is the deal! I cannot take anymore stalls!

I know I hate it when people tell me this, though I'm coming to believe that our bodies go into starvation mode when they don't have enough balance in our diets or enough calories to run on. After sta

You DO NOT NEED TO CUT anything. You need to be eating more protein and good carbs.

  • I don't think it has anything rondo really with changing up our miconutrients. I lose and stall when I eat the same. After a stall though, I lose quite a bit rapidly for a week or two then it stops ag

Hi everyone - so I keep reading what everyone is eating or aiming for 70+ grams of Protein and all I can think is, "how can they fit al that in?" Is my sleeve too small? I can barely get myself to eat 40/50 grams of protein. I don't know if it's still too early for me. I'm about 2.5 months post-op.

My goal is 100 grams of protein and I was able to get that in right after surgery. It wasn't easy but with effort it can be done. If you eat frequent small protein-based meals and Snacks throughout the day you can do it.

I found myself super hungry and not losing. I bumped myself from 1200 to 1400 cal/day and actually started losing more. And when i work out heavily, I will allow myself a couple hundred extra if i am hungry. It seemed to help me. That calorie count seems really low. Good luck!!
