Purée Diet

I just started purée and I'm kind of confused what a typical day should look like as far as an eating "schedule" and menu. I'm concerned I won't get all my fluids in if I have to break 30 minutes pre and post eating before drinking. Also, getting enough protein. Today I met my protein goal but had two shakes. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I can call my nutritionist too but thought there might be some good ideas out here.

All of our diets are different so it is hard to say, but for me I am on soft foods and this is what I eat:

7:30 am breakfast (egg salad, cottage cheese or cream of wheat)
8:30 a.m. at work and I drink water all morning
12 p.m. lunch( yogurt, etc. )
1 p.m. drink water all afternoon
5:30 p.m. dinner (puree chicken, fish or beans)
8 p.m. protein shake with 30 g protein
11 pm. bed

All my food equals 30 g protein and my one protein shake equals 30= 60 g
