Itchy Incisions

I am 10 days post-op and my incisions are really itchy. There seems to be some sort of rash around the incisions and they almost look like hives. I know that itchy incisions could mean they're healing but the itch is almost unbearable and the rash is throwing me off... Has anyone had his? What could it be?

    Mine are super itchy too. I use Aquphor, which helps a bit
