Pre op headache!

I am on day 3 of the pre op diet and have had a headache the entire time so far. I start a new job tomorrow and hoping I don't have it again all day. Any suggestions to get through the first little while or do I just have to tough it out?

I experienced the same thing. Really bad headaches, weak and tired. The 2 wk preop diet was the worst. I was drinking 3 shakes a day + Clear liquids. They had me increase to 4 shakes and that helped some, but no doubt, those preop two weeks was torture for me. It gets SO much better though. Best of luck!

I agree! I am not even limited to only shakes and I am already sick of them! :)
