Hi all I'm on purée and I just ate some purée slow cooked casserole meat got terrible pains in my chest
Realised I didn't take my reflux pill today waited an agonising 30 minutes to have a drink and take the pill a few minutes later I threw up the Water and tablet and some of my dinner this is the first time I've thrown up since surgery 29/3 I also ate the same thing last night for tea no issues at all. I didn't feel like I overstuffed myself at all and now I'm not sure what's happened did I drink to soon, did I eat to much, does the reflux get better I only get it after eating.
