Week 9 at another stall

my first stall was when i was 215 now im stalling again at 209 come on give me a break...but everyone say embrace them...so imma embrace the 2nd stall[emoji31] [emoji31] [emoji22] [emoji22] [emoji30] [emoji30]

I am with you. I am only 7 weeks post op and I have stalled for 4 out of the 7 weeks. Disheartening since I have completely changed my diet like never before. I have not had one bite of nibble of anything with sugar or simple carbs in it for two months now. Never have I even came close to having done this. Gotta have faith the weight loss will start back up...hopefully sooner rather than later. :(

I hope so i will put updates on here...and ur strong i get protein in but i tried carbs and i was so mad when i didnt throw up... Lik i was so happy i can eat popcorners but imma try to stop eating it
