Activia anyone?

Of course we've all seen the commercial's ... supposedly this products claim is that it helps your digestion system and ( from what I gather - I'm not the sharpest crayon in the box ) ... helps you "go" more regular and easier, etc.

Soooooo my fellow sleevers ... anyone out there using this ? Does it work ?
