Vitamins during Post Op

Hi all!

My date is May 2nd for sleeving, super nervous. But finding it difficult to understand Vitamins. I currently take Iron, multi, D3, and fish oil.

Fish oil is out for awhile because I can only stomach one kind. But for the others, am I missing anything and how much iron do we need? I know for D3 I have to take more than a normal daily average. Does the hospital tell you the amounts before you go home?

I'm hoping to find a barimelt kind in case I can't stomach the chewables during the liquid stage.

In addition to the Vitamins you listed, my doctor requires Calcium and a probiotic. I also take Biotin to hopefully help against hair loss. I'm four days out from surgery. So far, I can tolerate chewables, liquids and the kind you dissolve under your tongue.

I take calcium chew, multivitamin, Vitamin D, B12, and Biotin. I don't need the iron.

This is my list from my doctor.

Did you get that list once you were checked out from the hospital or prior? I know I'm stocked up on D3, and I already wear a wig so no sense in worrying about biotin. But calcium and iron seem to be things I would need.

I think mine was in my manual and I was also given another copy at my one week follow up.

I asked the nutritionist for the diet plan on my first visit with her and she gave me that list of the vitamins at my second visit. I have my third visit tomorrow. I wanted to see what I would need so I can pick it up when its on sale.

I take salmon oil and have taken it since week 2. no problems.
