Ideas to keep wedding ring on

So my ring now falls off, I don't see any point in getting it resized just yet as I have just begun my journey but any ideas on adjustable band things. I have seen some clips but they don't seem like you can keep tightening them. My current ring size is an 11, my pre-fat days I wore a 7, so I suspect I will need something very adjustable.

I tried the hot glue and the ring guard and neither worked well for me. I ended up wearing mine on a necklace until I got a new ring for our tenth anniversary. I went from a 10 to a 7 1/2
