My liquid diet consists of Protein shakes, broth, sugar free popsicles, sugar free Gelatin, decaf coffee/tea, crystal lite, white cranberry juice/grape juice. All sugar free. I've added some Light and Fit Greek yogurts to the mix because I need something a bit thicker than broth.

My doc doesn't do liquid diet either just low cal low fat, my surgery is 4/6
