Newbie

Hello everyone, my name is Brandy I am 26 years old and on August 2, 2007 I had Lap-Band surgery. I live in California but i am a college student with no insurance so i went to mexico and had surgery by Dr. Joya. Being only a few days out, i am very excited and have a lot to learn. Right now i'm on a clear liquid diet and so far so good. I hope to meet others who have had surgery or who are interested in it.

    Hi Brandy, congrats on the banding. I was just banded 7/27 so I'm in liquid stage also. Its not fun but we can get through it! :confused:
