Hello. I'm 18 days out post GB and I'm having a REALLY hard time eating. I'm supposed to be in the soft food stage. I eat 2-3 tb of cottage cheese and 1/2 slice deli turkey and that's all I can get in for the day. I was told to eat every 2-3 hrs and that I'm not eating enough. In between eating I'm sipping Water and Protein drinks. But after I eat I'm full for 3-4 hrs. Honestly, I'd be more comfortable sticking to a liquid only diet. I feel less thirsty/dehydrated and less full. I basically feel full 24/7 trying to get in liquids and eat. Who knew eating could be difficult? I know this is all over the place, but I guess I'd like to know how everyone else progressed with eating and how you got in your protein. Eating is causing me to get in less than my minimum rqd protein. My concern is getting enough protein. But I can honestly say that I'm stoked that I don't have to eat a lot to feel full.
