Sounds yummy. I love me some cheese!

Edit: Should note that it uses sugar alcohols (specifically Erythritol), which I know some people have issues with.

I think Quark strawberry is delicious. I've only had that, lemon (ick) and plain (good for cooking in place of sour cream but not for actual eating).

Never tried it. But there are a few light Greek yogurts out there found in any store (like Light & Fit) that have the same calories and grams of Protein.

I had them send me the voucher to try one free.....cheese? Whodathunkit but I do love Desserts made with ricotta and mascarpone....I'll let you know how it tastes. :P

It sounds delicious... but knowing that it's "cheese" seems so weird! I'd love to know what other folks think.

I've had this before :) It's good - the only thing I don't like about it is that it doesn't have any Probiotics. That's primarily why I eat yogurt since it helps with digestion and keeping things balanced in the lady garden.

But, since it doesn't have live cultures, it doesn't have that tang some people dislike about yogurt so that could be a plus for folks averse to the flavor!

Yuck! Didn't care for it. I love Greek yogurt :)

I finally tried it - two flavors. It's better than yogurt (which I hate), but still not great. The sweetener they use (Erythritol) has a very distinct "diet" flavor, if that makes sense.

Though adding fresh strawberries to the strawberry flavor helped a lot!

I also threw the red velvet one in the freezer to see if eating it frozen will help.
