Pre-op skills class

I know every hospital is different. But tomorrow I start my pre-op skills class. I go for six weeks every other week. What type of things should I expect at the class? My insurance only requires three months of surprised weight loss. I have one more appointment on April 27th. My last pre-op class is May 3rd. Do you do a diet during the class of liquids? Do you submit for health insurance approval during the class? I'm so nervous. :(

Heidi they are all different but each group seems to give good direction when you go. The best information I have found is the big book on RNY available here on Bariatricpal. It is so full of information and very helpful. Worth every penny. We are starting a facebook page for newbies search for us on facebook pegraeswlsnewbies for any other support. Good luck and breath deep there are so many people here to support you.
