All I can say is I'm 7 days post op and I don't know if it was gas or acid in my stomach but I started taking these and my problem has ceased lol I just thought I would share.

The main "fiber" in those is a pre-biotic Fiber called "chicory root". Maybe your gut bacteria was hungy.

All joking acid, most people find that increasing pre-biotic fiber intake makes them MORE gassy, so it's interesting you've had this result.

Yes.... I'm so comfortable now. I'm taking those and Multivitamins (gummies). My stomach was killing me with bubbling gas and acid. Now I don't take the pain med or the metoclopramide. Don't need it. I sleep through the night with no waking up from stomach pain. Passing gas easily and having bowel movements. (shrugging) I don't know but it works for me. Also I haven't been tired before I HAD to take a nap now I have more energy. However I do bounce back faster then most (knock on wood).
