I am about 3 months post sleeve and every evening after dinner I get so sick to my stomach. I thought it was what I was eating or maybe the amount but somedays I can eat the same exact thing for lunch and feel fine. Any idea what could be going on?

If it is not volume, it might be how you are sitting. Are you sitting upright at a desk or standing after lunch and slouched into a comfy sofa after dinner? I have had an over full sensation for not too much food and found that if I sit up straight, I am not putting pressure on my stomach and right away feel better. Just a thought.

My dr. advised that gravity is your best friend early on and the NUT advised that sitting upright at the table is the best for eating, maybe that will help. Or it could be acid build up, are you on any meds for acid/reflux? Just a few thoughts to consider, i hope you get to feeling better!
