I don't know if that's dumping syndrome or not, but if you don't mind me oversharing, I'll tell you that I'm 7 days out and did have diarrhea-ish poo for a few days, which was my first poo since the surgery. I felt like it had more to do with all the gas that was coming through and my body just adjusting to the new system. Today and yesterday, I'm happy to report, I'm having much more "normal" poos :)

But honestly, I don't know if that's the same thing you're dealing with. I just thought I'd share in case it helped!

(Plus it's fun to say "poo" ;) )

sometimes some people go through the runs after surgery , and also we consume a lot of liquid,no hard foods, unfortunately you will know if it is dumping syndrome, you will feel week, dizzy your heart rate will increase sweating and some cramping and it last about half hour

I'm also 8 days out and having the same problem. It has gotten better the past couple of days and it seemed to improve once I started having Protein shakes (and limiting my Water intake before and after the shakes). After reading quite a bit on dumping syndrome, I don't think this is it because I've had no sweats with it). I hope it continues to improve! :-)
